Under the terms of our current lease agreement with our land owner, any member who wants to leave a tent, trailer, ATV or other personal property the camp during the season must register and display a valid registration pass in the window of their tent or trailer and pay the applicable fee.  This includes tents, ATVs, side-by-sides, cargo trailers, camping trailers & motorhomes, etc.  Any personal property that is not registered may be removed from deer camp without further notice. Each registration pass will be unique to each member & you must include your license plate number on registration. Personal property registration must be completed BEFORE you arrive at camp.

Members who bring their personal property to camp while hunting and depart with their their property at the end of a weekend are not required to register.  Property registration applies to all items that are left in camp when the members have left camp to return home.

It is also a violation of club policy to remove any firewood or Christmas trees from ranch.  This is a direct violation of our lease agreement. Our landowner monitors member access with motion activated, cellular game cameras. Any member who violates this policy will not be permitted to return to the ranch.
